Dear Sir/Madam,

I am your customer from January 8, 2016. I am writing this letter because i want to complain about your internet service. I don’t know why billing statement continue increased without notice and now i have problem with internet connection which started 2 month ago. The internet service can not be used. I have contacted the costumer service and she said  the technician will come to fix this internet connection but not come until now. Although the internet service can not be used, i always receive billing statement. I always try contact the customer service but no satisfactory response. I wait one week, if the technician not come i think i had to stop your subscription internet service. I wish, this does not happen to another customer and i wish, FM receive my complain letter.

I have read about your company profile. I am interested with your company  that work on casting and importing steel and titanium with the products of this company are steel plate, die-cast steel pipe, steel tube. I want to order steel pipe for oil and gas in your company with the total length of the pipe around 2,4  km for both oil and gas, with 3 meters indiameter. For that i ask you to send some of the information that i need the following :

1. material that used to make the pipe

2. the length of each pipe

3. the shipping contract and time of shipping

I will do booking after i learn and reconsider the above information i receive. Hopefully this letter be a good beginning of cooperation between our companies.
