Dear Sir/Madam,
I am your customer from January 8, 2016.
I am writing this letter because i want to complain about your internet
service. I don’t know why billing statement continue increased without notice
and now i have problem with internet connection which started 2 month ago. The
internet service can not be used. I have contacted the costumer service and she
said the technician will come to fix
this internet connection but not come until now. Although the internet service
can not be used, i always receive billing statement. I always try contact the
customer service but no satisfactory response. I wait one week, if the
technician not come i think i had to stop your subscription internet service. I
wish, this does not happen to another customer and i wish, FM receive my
complain letter.
